It is widely known that Osama bin laden the supreme infamous leader of the murderous outfit along with the coterie and Taliban is hiding in Waziristan of Pakistan after escaping from Torah Bora bombings in Afghanistan (1).…Al Qaeda is no more limiting itself to hiding in Waziristan. Its interests are increasing day by day. It is making presence felt in the world politics. Pakistan serves as an example (6). The world may soon witness AlQaeda-Taliban ruled Pakistan with nuclear weapons in their hand.

There is a wide speculation that Osama Bin Laden is already dead. He was either killed in the bombings or has died subsequently due to serious illness in Pakistan. There was news to that effect too. Occasionally some video or audio tapes are released in which Laden is seen in military fatigues addressing. Most of these are shown by Al Zazeera Tele net work. But it is not sure whether these tapes are genuine or some old tapesAl Qaeda that was almost hidden all these years after Sept 9/11 is increasingly getting into open these days. It is widely known that Osama bin laden the supreme infamous leader of the murderous outfit along with the coterie and Taliban is hiding that are being televised. It could be a pseudo Laden trying to pose as real Laden to fool the world around. But AlQaeda is trying to project the legacy of Osama Bin laden even if he is dead. Acceptance of his death would be a big demoralizing factor for the organization. Till now, it is not fully sure whether Bin Laden is alive or dead. Laden’s body was not found after bombings and therefore it is presumed that he is alive. There was also news that Laden was secretly buried by his faithful followers to prevent his body falling into American hands and the site is also not revealed.
