TIBET IN TURMOIL

Tibet is in news after a long time. The simmering pot has burst open. Although China has established its sovereignty over Tibet since 1959 with escape of spiritual leader Dalai lama to India all is not well for Tibetans in Tibet. Communism and Terrorism: Are They Complimentary?

The world has witnessed and is still witnessing the horrors of Communism and is at present in the grip of terrorism too. In fact terrorism is age old and existed in all centuries and in all parts of the world in some form or other. Terrorism in the modern sense is violence or other harmful acts committed (or threatened) against civilians for political or other ideological goals. Fascism and Communism

It is true that Fascism is generally considered to be anti Communist. This was evident from the World War II in which Facist dictators such as Adolph Hitler of Germany and Benito Mussolini of Italy clashed with Communist nation Russia tooth and nail and very bitterly. Religion and Communism

Is Communism itself a religion, or is it the emodiment of all that most religions strive to awaken adherents to grow and to live beyond? This article explains the roots of Communism in the Modern era from the philosophies of Carl Marx and Friedrich Engels through its implementation in China, the USSR, to its failure to deliver on its promises and consequent disintegration. More important however is the analysis here of the resulting killing of the soul that Communisim has wrought.

From the article:

When people join a party such as Communism, the human spirit does not get inspired from inwards. On the other hand, people identify themselves as members of a group with a common objective and are ready to fight for it and in this case, it would be hatred to wards a section of people. They loose their spirit and become mechanical robots and as a cog in a wheel. Life is purely mechanical devoid of any challenge except to listen to the propaganda of communist philosophy of class hatred. Marx stated,” It is not the consciousness of men that determine their existence, but rather, it is their social existence that determines their consequences while those with open mind think other way. Unfortunately, Communism does not believe in universal life and respect for human spirit that which is the hall mark of any religion. Under the myth of discipline the rights of individuals are razed to the ground. Communism demolished under its feet the human dignity, intellectual conscience and love.

The Problem With Evangelcalism

The greatest problem with Evangelicalism has not yet been noticed in the West, and is essentially a problem with evangelism. This problem will only rise into view as the the War On Terrorism becomes better understood in the publics mind. As we better understand the ideology behind these terror attacks, we will come to understand that they want to do the same thing that we want to do—it's called conversion.
